Extremely poor organization and service! 1. When we went to the children's center, the people from the earlier children's birthday party had not yet left, it was a rather unpleasant encounter. 2. The table for the parents was not prepared, there were no chairs, plates, people had nowhere to sit. 3. The role of the so-called "animators" is not to come up with games and entertainment for the children, but only to play various games on the machines. No attention at all! 4. The children's food was not delivered on time. When I made a remark, I was told "it's still early, we are not a restaurant" (and the number of children and parents was stated in advance) 5. No one warned us that they would let outside children play freely in the children's center (for which we supposedly paid only for ourselves) 6. The door to the toilet is an accordion type, the toilet is beyond criticism! We won't repeat it again - that was the first and last time!

Great place, well thought out for groups with children of different ages! Polite staff and owner. The party lasted 2 hours and 30 minutes and the kids had a lot of fun. We will definitely visit again! ♥️
